(i) How long do I have to return an item?
All returns must be made within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Before returning any products you must notify us within the 14 day return policy by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that sale items can only be exchanged and a delivery charge for resending exchanged items may apply. Please note earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene purposes.
(ii) Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
Unless the items are faulty, the customer will pay for return postage and packing. If your items are faulty then we will of course refund your return postage and packing costs. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure your return is packaged securely to prevent any damage.
(iii) What happens after we have received the goods?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
